Clothing

Lead Singer Role
The lead singer will be a female between the ages of 16-25. This is because the intended audience for the music video and the expected audience profile fits this age group.
Outfit-
The actor will wear two different outfits in the music video: one for the narrative scenes and one for the performance scenes.
The actor's outfit for the narrative scenes will be simple and casual, as the setting is mundane. The clothing will be fairly dark with little colour, and the brands of clothing would be as the target audience is likely to be loyal to: brands such as Doc Marten and Top Shop. This image shows the kind of outit that will be worn.

For the performance sections she will be wearing something similar to this dress. This along with a basic and quiet location will contrast the busy narrative sections. Having this simple outfit focuses the audience's attention on the singer without any distraction.

Editing narrative section 4 + feedback

Feedback:

Is it recognisable as a music video? Why/Why not?
Yes, because there are short shots. The clips change on the beat.
Does it use a sufficient range of shot types and camera movement?
Yes, tracking shots, over-the-shoulder, aerial and establishing shots.
How well does it suit the genre of music? Why?
Clothing suits the genre. Outdoor location is suitable; good mise-en-scene. Suitable shots, eg. close-ups.
