Risk assessment:

• Electronic equipment is going to be in use. Must be weary with weather as the equipment may get damaged. 
• As the grass is likely to be damp or wet, and the ground may be muddy, care must be taken not to slip or let any equiment get damaged by dropping it.

Session 2 (13/11/14) 17:30-18:30

Home of Steve (Actor) - Kitchen, Stairs/Landing and bathroom

Risk assessment:

• A scene is shot on the staircase. The actor must take care not to fall on the stairs.
• No faucets should be used for the duration of the filming, as water can damage equipment and cause a trip hazard if it gets onto the floor.

• The clutter and clothes on the floor may cause a trip hazard. The area tha tthe actor will be walking should be clear of clutter.

• The dark room is a small space, and with the tripod for the camera in use it may cause a trip hazard when trying to move around the room. Care must be taken when moving around in the room.

• As the lane is very narrow, care must be taken to ensure there are no vehicles on the road during filming. This is because the camera will need to be on the road for the shots necessarry.

Session 7 (21/11/14) 18:30-20:00

• The weather may be unpredicatable - If it rains, there must be a way to cover any electrical equipment ie. the camera. 
• As it is very cold, there may be a risk of ice and slipping. As it will be dark during filming, the ice may be difficult to see. The actor needs to be careful and avoid running.
